Yodogawa Technique's latest news in spring 2013


Yodogawa Technique has just renewed their work "Chinu-Uno" for "Setouchi Triennale".This work is permanemtly exhibited in Uno port,an entrance port to Naoshima,art island of Japan.

Yodogawa Technique's "Yodo Book" has been published by “ARTZONE“,a project space produced by students of Kyoto University of art and design,where they had a solo show "Can't wait to be trash" last year.

Yodogawa Technique is an artist unit by Kazuya Matsunaga and Hideaki Shibata that specializes in producing art works from garbage and debris.Matsunaga was awarded a fellowship to study in San Franciso by Japanese garvernment last year and has been in there to create art works by Tsunami marine debris of Tohoku earthquake arrived in the west coast.Shibata has just returned from his vagabond-style trip in India.
