TAIHEI is participating in Tsuchiyu Arafudo Art Annual 2013 from Sep 6th to Oct 14th. 2013.
●About the exhibition
”Arafudo” means treading down the first snow of the season to make a path in it, a dialect of Fukushima district of Japan.
This first-time art festival in Tsuchiyu Onsen-cho does not only have art exhibitions but also have discussions over wide range of topics from art culture, industry to science.
Tsuchiyu Onsen-cho is located in a national park. 212 families (432 persons) live in there, including nine schoolchildren.
It is a small Onsen (hot spring) town where aging of population is progressing fastest in Fukushima-City.
