Taihei is exhibiting at "When the Wind Blows / 風が吹くとき", a cultural exchange between Fukushima, Japan and Portadown, Northern Ireland held at Millennium Court Arts Centre in Northern Ireland.This exhibition is curated by Japan based curator Yumi Song and Northern Ireland based artist and curator Shiro Masuyama.
