奈良県橿原市八木町三丁目「東の河合家」は、
現存・現役の町屋造りの家屋。
車両一方通行の、決して広くはない道に面しています。
侮るなかれ、この道、1300年以上前からの道。
だから、テーマは、1300年の横顔。
重なる歴史が今日もごくごく普通の日常に繋がってまた重なっていく。
優しい黄色で描きます。
2018年7月31日午後、「月見草」、糸全交換メンテナンス。
目下念入り準備中です。

'Higashi-no -Kawaike (East Kawai House)' is
the one of the existing traditional ' Machiya ' structures
at Yagi-cho, Kashihara-shi, Nara.
It faces a one-way road which is not large.
Don't despise. This way was made more than 1,300 years ago.
That's why the theme is ' profile of 1300 years '.
History connects to today so naturally here, I feel.
So I choose kindly yellow.
