いつか何気なく描いた とあるビル群。
その中の一つは、こないだまで１階に美容室が入っていて、
大きな交差点にある緩やかにカーブする歩道に沿ったのべ13メートルのガラス面が、とても良い感じなのだ。
美容室が移転し、しばらく空き物件となっている様子だったので、こりゃあ、ガラスに糸の絵を描かせてもらうべしと、
不動産屋に問い合わせたら、敢え無くお断りされてしまった。
ならばと、オーナーさんへの直談判を企てようとした矢先、
ビル全体に鉄骨組まれ、防音シートが...。
解体、そして新しく分譲住宅建てられるのだそうだ。
この絵のこの画角で見える夕焼けが、今日は一層切ないのだ。。。

This is the scene of buildings someday I drew casually.
The one of them has wide windows on the first floor along the sidewalk curves gently.
Recently, the beauty salon has moved somewhere and this space has been vacant.
I felt this was the chance to create a installation work of the line of thread.
I was just going to suggest to the owner when the preparations of demolition began.
Steel frames and soundproof sheets rounds the building.....
I hear a new one will go up.
This angle of view can show me beautiful sunset.
The scene is all the more painful for me today.
